Welcome to Sea Dunes Cottage, a calm seafoam-green retreat inspired by breezy coastal mornings and the soft, rolling dunes of Assateague Island. Nestled along the shoreline, this soothing tiny cottage invites you to slow down, unplug, and savor the simple joy of being by the ocean.

Inside, the Sea Dunes Cottage feels open and inviting, with sunlight drifting through the windows and cool island breezes flowing easily through the space. Designed for comfort and simplicity, this cottage sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed and a cozy 6’ futon that converts to a full bed—perfect for couples, friends, or small families. With 9-foot ceilings, smart storage, and airy window curtains, the space feels both charming and surprisingly spacious.

After a full day of beach adventures or wandering the island’s trails, return to your cottage for a peaceful night's rest. Let the sound of waves, rustling grasses, and distant campfires lull you to sleep. In the morning, open the windows, breathe in the fresh ocean air, and watch the sunlight dance across the dunes—your own private slice of island tranquility.

Please note:

1. The cottage does not include a kitchen (sink, stove, or fridge), so all cooking must be done outdoors. Pets are not permitted at this time.

2. Guests will use the clean, well-maintained bathhouses located within Assateague State Park. These facilities include restrooms, sinks, potable water, and hot showers and are just a short walk from your campsite.

3. To complete your booking request, you must secure a campsite at Assateague State Park and send us your booking confirmation in order for your reservation to be complete.
