Welcome to Coral Reef Cottage, a soft coral-pink retreat inspired by glowing coastal sunsets and the warm, vibrant tones of the island’s shoreline. Perched along the dunes of Assateague Island, this charming tiny cottage invites you to relax, unplug, and sink into the simple joy of life by the ocean.

Inside, the Coral Reef Cottage feels light, bright, and welcoming, with sunshine filtering through the windows and gentle island breezes drifting through the space. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, this cottage sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed and a cozy 6’ futon that converts to a full bed—perfect for couples, families, or friends seeking a colorful coastal escape. With 9-foot ceilings, clever storage, and airy window curtains, the cottage blends charm with surprising spaciousness.

After a day spent exploring the beach, spotting wild ponies, or wandering the dunes, return to your cottage for a restful night's sleep. Let the quiet sounds of the ocean, rustling grasses, and campfires in the distance soothe you. In the morning, open the windows, breathe in the salty air, and watch the pastel sunrise wash across the dunes—your own peaceful, coral-colored sanctuary.

Please note:

1. The cottage does not include a kitchen (sink, stove, or fridge), so all cooking must be done outdoors. Pets are not permitted at this time.

2. Guests will use the clean, well-maintained bathhouses at Assateague State Park, with restrooms, sinks, potable water, and hot showers just a short walk from your campsite.

3. To complete your booking, you must secure a campsite at Assateague State Park and send us your campsite confirmation number.
